HOW TO USE
Cook 100 gms pigeon peas (Tooar Dal / Achar Dal) for 30 min. Boil it with pieces of drumstick brinjal, pumpkin and onion. Add 2 tbso if thick tarmind juicam Chilli Powder and salt to taste. Add 1 heaped tbsp of Chulah Sambhar Masala. For the Baghan/Tadka, hear 2 tsp oil, add 1 red chilli, 1/4 tsp fenufreek, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. 2 springs of curry leaves and 2 pinch of asafestodia. Add Baghar/Tadja to the mixture. Boil for 2 min. Serve hot with dosas/idlis/appams for authentic flavour.
